This is a 12 year old Edradour Single Malt from the Highlands, distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2023 as a Small Batch release with a Burgundy influence. It is bottled at 48.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Edradour has long been known for making whisky in a very traditional way. Until 2018 it produced its single malt only in the old farm buildings, partly with equipment more than 100 years old. That did not change when the distillery was extended with Edradour II.
