This is the fifth batch of Edradour 12 Year Old at cask strength, distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2024 at 59% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Edradour is a Highlands distillery.
The whisky matured entirely in first and second fill Oloroso sherry butts, which give the Edradour malt dark fruit and nutty tones. It belongs to a group of six new Edradour and Ballechin bottlings, all matured in fortified wine or wine casks.
