Edradour Caledonia is a 12 year old Highland single malt, bottled at 46% abv in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
It spent a 42-month finishing period in Oloroso sherry casks, which gives it pronounced sherry character. The name comes from the song of the same name by the Scottish musician Dougie MacLean, and the whisky was created as a collaboration between MacLean and Andrew Symington, owner of Edradour.
