This is a 12 year old Edradour single malt, finished in Sauternes wine casks and bottled at a cask strength of 56.4% in the Straight From The Cask series. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
Each bottle is filled straight from a single Sauternes wine cask.
Honey, peach, candied fruit and vanilla lead on the nose, alongside Edradour's malt character. The palate brings sweet tropical fruit, white grape, creme brulee and spiced oak. The finish is long, balancing winey sweetness with spicy dryness.
