This is a 12-year-old Edradour matured in oloroso sherry casks and bottled at a cask strength of 58% in a 70cl bottle. It is batch 8 of the series.
The whisky is described as robust, with plenty of espresso, a pinch of black pepper and soft oak tannins. Raspberry jam, bitter marmalade and dark chocolate come with a little menthol and burnt toast.
