Edradour – 1999 | 25 Year Old 200th Anniversary 1825-2025 Single Cask 816 (70cl, 54.8%)

This is a single cask Edradour distilled in 1999 and bottled at 25 years old by the distillery. It is part of a series of 25-year-old single casks from the 1999 vintage, released to mark Edradour's own 200th anniversary in 2025, and each is presented in an Ibisco decanter. It comes from cask 816, a first fill Bordeaux wine hogshead, and was bottled at its natural cask strength of 54.8% without colouring or chill filtration. The outturn was 272 bottles in 70cl size. A second Bordeaux wine hogshead was bottled in the same anniversary series as a sister to this one.
