This is a ten year old Edradour, distilled in 2005 and bottled by Signatory Vintage in 2016. It matured in a sherry butt, cask 74, and comes in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV. The whisky is non-chill-filtered.
Edradour is a Highland distillery in a small valley east of Pitlochry. Its water comes from a spring at Mhoulin Moor, and its whisky is unpeated. Andrew Symington, owner of Signatory, bought the distillery in 2002.
