This is a 10 year old Edradour from Signatory Vintage, distilled on 25 February 2005 and bottled on 25 November 2015. It was matured in a sherry butt, cask 41, and bottled at 46% ABV without chill-filtration, in a 70cl bottle.
Edradour sits in a small valley east of Pitlochry in the Highlands and was for a long time the smallest distillery in Scotland. Its whisky is unpeated. Andrew Symington, who owns the independent bottler Signatory, bought the distillery in 2002.
