Edradour 2008 is a ten-year-old single cask bottling in the Straight from the Cask series, filled for Waldhaus am See in St. Moritz. It was distilled on 19 November 2008 and matured in an Oloroso sherry cask until it was bottled on 22 January 2019 at cask strength, 58.1%. It is non-chill-filtered and uncoloured, and 993 bottles were filled.
The nose shows clear sherry, cherry chocolate and nut chips. The palate is sweet, with nut splinters to the last drop and a dry sherry influence. The finish lasts long, with a very slight note of sulphur.
