A 10 year old Edradour from the Highlands, distilled on 23 May 2008 and bottled on 30 November 2018 by Signatory Vintage. It was matured in a sherry butt, cask 135, and filled 789 bottles at 46% ABV, without chill-filtration.
Edradour stands in a small valley east of Pitlochry and was for a long time the smallest distillery in Scotland. Its whisky is unpeated. Andrew Symington, owner of the independent bottler Signatory, bought the distillery in 2002.
