This is a 14-year-old Highland single malt from Edradour, distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2026 as the Ibisco Bourbon edition. It was matured in bourbon casks and is bottled at a natural cask strength of 58.6%, non-chill-filtered and without added colour. The edition runs to 2,019 bottles and comes in a tube.
On the nose there is honey and vanilla with ripe stone fruit, delicate citrus and subtle spicy oak. The palate is creamy, with intense vanilla and caramel over ripe fruit, and spicy oak and a light pepper note give it structure. The long finish is dry and spicy, with a trace of vanilla, a gentle sharpness and woody notes.
