This Edradour was distilled on 16 May 2014 and matured for eleven years in two first-fill Lagrein casks, numbers 701 and 702. It was bottled on 27 June 2025 at 48.2%, filling 1,710 bottles.
Lagrein is a red grape variety native to South Tyrol, and the casks come from the St. Michael-Eppan winery. The whisky is non-chill-filtered and has its natural colour.
The nose brings malty honey and sweet wine notes with ripe berries. The palate is full and spicy, with oak and sweet fruit in balance. The long finish combines warming oak spice with a light, gentle wine sweetness.
