This 10-year-old Edradour was made to mark the 200th anniversary of the Highland distillery. It was distilled in June 2015, matured in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and bottled in September 2025 at 46%, non-chill-filtered and without added colour.
The nose brings raisins, dark grapes, honey and caramelised fruit. On the palate are milk chocolate, cocoa, toffee, walnuts and spicy oak. The finish is round and led by the sherry, with fruit, nut and spice.
