Edradour is a Highland distillery, and this 21 year old single malt was distilled there in 1999 and bottled in 2021 at 55.7% ABV.
It spent its first 13 years maturing in ex-bourbon hogsheads. In 2013 it was moved into a small batch of 25 Premier Grand Cru Bordeaux hogsheads for the finish that gives the bottling its name.
