This is a 21 year old single malt from the Highland distillery Edradour, distilled in 2000 and bottled in 2022 at 55.8%.
It matured for 21 years in ex-bourbon hogsheads, then moved into Oloroso sherry casks for a finish. The bottling draws on casks 3154 and 3155, and only 1059 bottles were filled.
