Edradour 30 Year Old is a small batch Highland single malt made for the 200th anniversary of Edradour, which has been making whisky at Pitlochry since 1825.
It was distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2025 at 56.3% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. The whisky combines two first fill sherry butts, which bring out sweetness, depth and spice in Edradour's rich, oily malt.
The result is described as a dense, dark and highly complex sherry whisky.
