This is a 35 year old Edradour single malt, distilled in 1989 and bottled in 2025 from a single first fill sherry butt. It belongs to the releases celebrating the distillery's 200th anniversary. Edradour has made single malts in Pitlochry since 1825.
Enigma Part 1 was matured in a traditional damp dunnage warehouse. There it lost less liquid than its sister cask but more alcohol. It was bottled at 52.6% ABV, with 498 bottles in 70cl, each in a wooden box.
