Edradour – 35 Year Old 1989/2025 Enigma Part 2 1st Fill Sherry Butt 200th Anniversary (70cl, 62.3%)

This is a 35 year old Edradour single malt, distilled in 1989 and bottled in 2025 from a single first fill sherry butt. It forms part of the releases marking the distillery's 200th anniversary. Edradour has made single malts in Pitlochry since 1825. Enigma Part 2 was matured in a dry concrete warehouse. That setting led to a much greater loss of liquid than in its sister cask, but it kept a higher alcohol strength. It was bottled at 62.3% ABV, with 379 bottles in 70cl, each in a wooden box.
