This Edradour Itineraires bottling is a nine-year-old Highland single malt at 48.2%. It was distilled on 9 March 2016 and bottled on 10 July 2025, and only 285 bottles were filled.
It matured in a second-fill cask that once held Caroni rum from Trinidad and Tobago, and it keeps Caroni's empyreumatic character throughout the tasting. Minerality and smoothness sit in balance, with floral, rustic and fruity notes woven through the aroma and flavour.
