Edradour Caledonia is a 12 year old Highland single malt, a single cask release selected by the songwriter Dougie Maclean and named after his song Caledonia.
It was first matured in bourbon casks, then finished for four to five years in Oloroso sherry casks. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle and is not chill-filtered, which keeps its flavour, depth and body intact.
