Edradour – Caledonia 12 Years Old (70cl)

Edradour Caledonia 12 Years Old is a single Highland malt whisky matured in a sherry cask and bottled in a 70cl bottle. Only 900 bottles were filled, and the bottling is sold in just a few countries. Edradour, in Pitlochry, was built in 1825 by a group of farmers who began distilling for their own use. It was for years the smallest distillery in Scotland and still makes whisky in the old-fashioned way, around 100,000 litres a year.
