This is a twelve-year-old Edradour from Pitlochry in the Highlands, bottled as Cask Strength Batch 8. It was distilled in 2013 and matured entirely in Oloroso sherry butts, a mix of first fill and second fill, drawn from ten casks. It was bottled on 7 April 2026 at 58%, giving 6,656 bottles, without chill-filtering or added colour.
Edradour is one of Scotland's smallest distilleries. The sherry butts bring dense berry fruit, dark chocolate and spiced gingerbread, along with an oily texture.
