Edradour Equilibrium 16 is a 16 year old single malt in a 70cl bottle, released by Equilibrium, also known as Whisky Sponge. It is a vatting of two casks from Edradour, a small distillery in a valley east of Pitlochry.
One cask holds the fruity, unpeated Edradour spirit. The other holds Ballechin, the meaty and peaty style made at the same distillery. Both were matured in refill ex-sherry casks.
