An anniversary release of Highland single malt from Edradour, bottled by Signatory Vintage at cask strength, 57.1% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The whisky was distilled in 2020, matured for six years entirely in first fill Pedro Ximénez hogsheads, and bottled in 2026.
The nose is raisins and dark plums with honeycomb, toffee, cinnamon, cocoa and warm oak. The palate brings creamy caramel, dark stone fruit and rich PX sweetness with chocolate, cinnamon and structured oak. The finish is long and warming, with dark chocolate, dried fruit and tannins.
