This is an Edradour No. 1 Anniversary Release, a Highland single malt bottled by Signatory Vintage to mark Andrew Symington's 40 years in the industry.
The whisky was distilled in 2020 and matured for six years in first fill Pedro Ximénez hogsheads before being bottled in 2026 at 57.1%. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The nose offers raisins and dark plums, with honeycomb, creamy toffee and a touch of cinnamon.
