Edradour – No. 2 8 Year Old 2018 1st Fill Châteauneuf-du-Pape Hogsheads Anniversary Release (57.1%)

This is an 8 year old Highland single malt from Edradour No. 2, the second distillery Edradour opened in 2018. It was distilled in 2018 and matured in first-fill Châteauneuf-du-Pape hogsheads. Signatory Vintage bottled it in 2026 at 57.1%, without chill-filtration or added colouring. The release marks Andrew Symington's 40 years in the whisky trade. He founded Signatory Vintage. The red wine casks bring dark berries, ripe cherries and spicy oak, with sweet notes and a firm, savoury edge.
