Edradour – Sauternes Casks 10 Year Old 2016/2026 (46%)

This is a Highland single malt from Edradour in Pitlochry, bottled by Signatory Vintage as a small batch release. It was distilled in February 2016 and bottled in April 2026, and it matured for its full ten years in first fill Sauternes hogsheads from a Bordeaux winery. It is bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill-filtered and without added colour, and the whisky is a light gold. Edradour has distilled since 1825 and is counted among the smallest traditional distilleries in Scotland. The character is described as honeyed, with ripe stone fruit and a delicate floral note.
