This is an Edradour single malt from the Highlands, distilled in 1996 and bottled at 46% for Signatory Vintage's Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose offers dried fruit, malt and raisins, with hints of sherry and spicy oak. The palate is full and round, with dark caramel, nuts, orange peel and a touch of chocolate and spices. The finish is long, warm and oily.
