Edradour – Un-Chillfiltered 10 Year Old 2015/2026 (46%)

This is a ten-year-old Highland single malt from Edradour, chosen by Signatory Vintage for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It was distilled in September 2015 and matured until February 2026 in a single first fill Oloroso sherry butt. It is bottled at 46% without chill-filtering or added colour. The amber colour comes entirely from the butt. Edradour is one of Scotland's smallest distilleries, and the sherry cask gives this bottling a character of dark berries. It comes in a silver metal tin.
