Elephant London Dry Gin (75cl, 45%)

Elephant Gin is a London dry gin handmade near Hamburg, Germany, in small batches of 600 to 800 bottles. It is distilled in an Arnold Holstein still, with botanicals macerated for 24 hours before distillation. The recipe uses 14 botanicals, including devil's claw, buchu, baobab, lion's tail and African wormwood from Africa, alongside fresh apples, juniper, mountain pine needles, lavender, sweet orange peel, cassia bark, ginger, pimento berries and elderflower. There is no coriander or orris root, and only a single citrus peel. Every bottle is hand-labeled, sealed with natural cork, made from 65% recycled glass and plastic-free. Fifteen percent of profits are donated to elephant conservation projects.
