Elijah Craig 21 Year Old Single Barrel is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Heaven Hill, bottled at 47% ABV (94 proof) in a 75cl bottle. Each bottle comes from a single barrel.
The 21 Year Old returned in June 2026, for the first time since 2013, as the third in a trio of older single barrel releases after the 15 and 18 year olds. It is now the oldest age statement from the brand.
The nose is toasted oak, leather and complex spices. The palate offers milk chocolate, toasted nuts and burnt caramel, and the finish brings aged oak, molasses, barrel char and peppery spices.
