Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Batch C925 is the third release of 2025 from Heaven Hill, bottled uncut, straight from the barrel and without chill filtration at 64.5% (129 proof) in a 75cl bottle. It is aged for 9 years and 1 month in new charred American white oak.
The mashbill is 78 percent corn, 10 percent rye and 12 percent malted barley. The batch code reads C for the third release, 9 for September and 25 for 2025.
The nose offers brown sugar, toffee, vanilla and toasted oak, with dark cherries, tart orange peel, baking spice and a hint of cedar. The palate is bold and full bodied, with caramelised richness, sweet oak and warm rye spice. The finish is long and warming.
