Elijah Craig Barrel Proof is a small batch straight bourbon from the United States. It is made in small runs and bottled directly from the cask, so it keeps its original strength.
The nose is caramel surrounded by baked maple. On the palate it leans towards oak, with floral undertones and sweet cherry, and it is fairly mild overall. A few drops of water make it spicier and bring out a strong note of chocolate.
