Elsburn Iberica is a single malt from the Hercynian distillery in the Harz region of Germany, bottled at 58.8% ABV.
It matured only in casks from the Iberian Peninsula: first-fill sherry, Malaga and Port. These casks give the whisky a fruity complexity.
The distillery is run by a family known for its enthusiasm for experimentation.
