This is a dry white wine from the Pfalz in Germany, made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc by brothers Martin and Alexander Bauer. The label carries a deliberately provocative message against racism and hatred.
The grapes come from carefully chosen parcels around Nussdorf, where limestone-rich loess and loam soils and good airflow suit the vines. In the cellar, the wine is made in stainless steel tanks, with a third of it going into wooden casks to add structure and depth.
