Emilio Lustau Light Manzanilla Papirusa (75cl, 15.5%)

Emilio Lustau Light Manzanilla Papirusa is a bone-dry Manzanilla from Sanlúcar de Barrameda, bottled at 15.5% in a 75cl bottle. It is made from Palomino and sourced from the almacenista Bodegas Cuevas Jurado, then selected, blended and bottled by Lustau. It ages biologically under flor in a solera for an average of five years. The nose shows flor and chamomile with roasted cashew, walnut husk and a hint of green banana. The palate is crisp and light-bodied, with salinity, almond, lemon peel and green apple. The finish is of good length, with cashew, a whisper of toast and a mineral, salty close.
