This is the first batch of Empire Rye bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company. It is a two-year-old rye whiskey, bottled at 50% ABV in a 50cl bottle and matured in virgin oak.
Empire Rye was founded in 2015, when a group of distillers from New York State formed a consortium. Their aim was to create a whiskey style for the state they call home.
