End Of Message Bruichladdich 16 Year Old Chateau d'Yquem Cask (70cl)

This 16 year old Bruichladdich is the sister cask of a pair bought by a father for his two children, bottled under the End Of Message name. It was distilled on 15 July 2002 and aged entirely in a Premier Grand Cru Sauternes cask from Chateau d'Yquem. It comes in a 70cl bottle. The nose has smouldering honey and citrus with a lingering sweetness. On the palate come honey, grapes and sweet oak over toasted barley. The finish is dry and spicy, with extra grip from the French oak and a smoky tail.
