This is a 20 year old single malt from an undisclosed distillery, bottled by Murray McDavid as part of its Mystery Malt series. It matured in refill Bourbon casks and was then finished in two first fill Koval Bourbon casks. Only 333 bottles were filled.
The nose is delicately sweet, with apple, a little citrus and honey. The palate is elegant and creamy, with more fresh fruit and citrus. The finish is long and complex.
