Ergaster Nature Bio is an organic single malt whisky from Picardie in France, matured in the region. It is bottled at 45% in a 50cl bottle and carries an organic certification.
The whisky spends a first period in new oak casks, then moves to re-used casks for a second maturation. The re-used casks are a blend of 75% Cognac and 25% Vin Jaune.
This double maturation in new and used oak gives a whisky of great softness with spicy notes.
