Ergaster Single Malt Nature 2015 is a French single malt, described as the first organic whisky matured in Picardy. It is made from barley grown in the Hauts de France and distilled in a Stupfler still.
Maturation began in new French oak and continued in former Cognac and Vin Jaune casks. It is described as round and fruity, with elegance and a long finish.
