This is the 12 year old Kentucky straight bourbon from Evan Williams, a version that is distributed only in Japan. It is bottled at 50.5% ABV, a robust strength, though it is regarded as mild all the same.
The bottle was redesigned at the end of 2021, and a wax coating now gives it a more refined appearance.
