This is a limited edition single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon from New Louisville Barrel House, bottled at a cask strength of 67.1% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is a commemorative bottling for the 250th anniversary of America's independence, and the label shows an eagle riding a T-Rex in Jordans.
The bourbon is 8 years old. Part of its maturation took place in the PCS Distilling warehouse, where the barrel was heat-cycled to raise the proof and viscosity.
