This is an eight-year-old single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon from New Louisville Barrel House, the single barrel label of Louisville producer Prohibition Craft Spirits. It is bottled at 58.2% ABV in a 75cl bottle and was released for Halloween 2026.
Once the bourbon had reached maturity, it was moved into a freshly emptied honey barrel and finished there for about ten months. Part of the maturation took place in a warehouse where the barrel was heat-cycled, using temperature variation to raise the proof and viscosity.
