Evan Williams Bottled In Bond is a Kentucky straight bourbon distilled by Heaven Hill. It follows the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897: made in a single distillation season, aged for at least four years in a federally bonded warehouse and bottled at 100 proof (50%). This one comes in a 750ml bottle.
On the nose there is caramel, vanilla, toasted oak and light baking spice. The palate is rich with caramel, brown sugar, vanilla, charred oak and peppery spice, and the finish is warm and lingering, with oak sweetness, spice and toasted vanilla.
