Evan Williams Single Barrel Bourbon

A single barrel bourbon from Kentucky, made at the Heaven Hill Distillery, an independent family-owned producer. Each bottle is labelled by hand with the barrel number, the date of distillation and the bottling date. Most vintages spend between seven and nine years in new American oak. The colour is a warm amber with golden highlights. The nose has roasted corn, charred oak, vanilla bean, citrus and tobacco leaf. The palate is medium-bodied, with dark caramel, toasted oak and baking spice, and the finish brings cocoa and a touch of orange zest.
