Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage (43.3%)

Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage is a Kentucky bourbon from Heaven Hill, bottled at 43.3% ABV. It was released to mark the tenth anniversary of the Evan Williams Bourbon Experience, the guided tour on Whiskey Row, and is a limited edition. The mash bill is 78% corn, 12% malted barley and 10% rye, and the bourbon matured in a Heaven Hill warehouse at Schenley. It has an intense copper colour. The nose is woody and rich, with vanilla dusted with cinnamon. On the palate come dried apricots, toffee apples and clove, leading to a spicy finish.
