Fable Chapter 1 - Lighthouse - Linkwood (70cl, 59.2%)

A single malt from Linkwood distillery in Elgin, bottled at 59.2% as Chapter 1, titled Lighthouse, by Fable. Fable is an independent bottler built around storytelling, animation and illustration. Linkwood takes its water from the Millbuies Loch springs and runs two stillhouses. Linkwood A holds the original two stills and is currently inactive, while Linkwood B operates four more. The distillery uses an extended fermentation and distils slowly in pairs of stills, with the spirit stills larger than the wash stills, so that the spirit has plenty of contact with copper.
