A white wine from the Colli Euganei area, made from Chardonnay grapes grown on volcanic soils. The nose shows green apple, white peach and floral notes, with light vanilla and butter from a brief passage in barrique. The palate is balanced, fresh and creamy, with good acidity. The finish is persistently aromatic. It pairs with fish, shellfish and white meats, and is also suitable as an aperitif. Serve at about 10-12°C.
