Fasolo Spumante Dolce Colli Euganei DOCG

A sweet sparkling wine from the volcanic Colli Euganei area, made from selected hand-harvested grapes and vinified by the long Charmat method. It has a bright straw-yellow colour with golden reflections. The nose shows ripe peach and apricot with wisteria and rose. On the palate it is seductive and well balanced, with natural sweetness offset by fresh acidity, and fine, persistent bubbles. It suits fruit desserts, fine pastries, aperitifs and special toasts.
